Food ticket and refund policy

All sales are final

CottonFest food ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued for unused tickets, changes of plans, weather, wait times, vendor availability, or lost or stolen physical tickets, except where required by applicable law.

Valid event and redemption

Tickets are valid only for Wilson CottonFest on September 26, 2026. A paid digital order may be fulfilled once. Wilson staff must verify the live order before handing over physical tickets; a screenshot, forwarded message, or receipt alone is not proof of an unused order.

Event changes

Event programming, hours, vendors, and availability may change. If the event is canceled, Wilson will communicate any remedy it elects to provide or that applicable law requires.

Receipts and payments

A transactional order receipt is sent to the email address provided at checkout. A mobile number may be provided for order lookup but is not required, and this portal does not send text messages. Card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by this portal. See the privacy notice for more information.

Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived. By completing payment, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts these terms.
