How this portal uses your information

Information collected

When you place an order, the portal collects your email address, optional mobile number and name, the items you purchase, payment status, receipt-delivery status, and fulfillment status. It also records limited technical and anonymous usage information, such as page visits and checkout activity, so Wilson can understand how the portal is used.

How information is used

Information is used to process and verify your order, send your transactional email receipt, prevent duplicate redemption, support event operations, measure portal performance, resolve problems, and meet legal or accounting obligations. This portal does not use contact information for marketing and does not sell personal information.

Service providers

Stripe processes card payments, Resend delivers transactional email receipts, and Render hosts the application and database. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services. Card details are entered directly into Stripe and are never stored by this portal.

Retention and protection

Order records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for event operations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. Access to order information is restricted, and the portal uses encrypted connections, server-side price validation, signed payment notifications, and protected staff tools.

Receipt delivery

An email address is required so we can send the receipt and confirmation code for a paid order. A mobile number is optional; this portal does not send text messages. If email delivery fails, the paid order remains available on the confirmation screen and to authorized Wilson staff for live verification.
